Appointments

Dr. Witty is no longer seeing patients and athletes at North Oaks Medical Center. He will begin to see patients at the St. Tammany Health System Bone and Joint Clinic starting Thursday August 13th, 2026. Appointments can be scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please call 985-893-9922 for an appointment. Allow at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out any needed paperwork and to organize any outside imaging that you may bring.

If possible, it is very helpful to bring or send all outside documentation and imaging studies before your appointment. This allows Dr. Witty the opportunity to review your case ahead of time which will greatly facilitate your clinic appointment. Helpful documentation includes:

1. Clinic notes
2. Operative reports
3. Radiology reports
4. CDs with the actual X ray, CT scans, or MRI of the area in question
5. Pictures from any surgery.

If you have been to see another provider prior to your appointment with us, please bring all clinic documentation, imaging reports, and CDs of the actual imaging studies with you for your visit. It is important that you bring the actual disk with the images of your x rays, CT, or MRI. In addition to reviewing the report by the radiologist, Dr. Witty will evaluate the actual images as well.

Dr. Witty and his team understand that certain injuries often require prompt attention. The outcomes of many injuries are improved by early evaluation, diagnosis, and initiation of treatment. Our office attempts to accommodate each athlete and individual’s needs after an acute injury and we are often able to provide same day appointments.
